Here's just a taste of the some of the upcoming Fringe shows at OMT.
Ken Lukowiak’s A Soldier’s Song: True Stories from the Falklands was first published to international acclaim in 1993. In 1997, Olivier Award winner Guy Masterson adapted it into a one-man play performed globally. For the war’s 30th anniversary, Lukowiak returned to the stage, earning 5-star acclaim at the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe. This powerful piece captures war’s horror, shame, futility, and black humour through a raw, authentic soundscape.
Smile: The Story of Charlie Chaplin
After a sold out run in Edinburgh, the award-winning fringe sensation about the life of Charlie Chaplin returns to Perth for FRINGE WORLD 2026! Winner of The LIST Edinburgh Festival Award for 'Best Fringe Show From Adelaide', this is a physical comedy not to be missed.
'Magnificent' ★★★★★ The LIST (UK), 2025

March 2026 Season
Presented by: Old Mill Theatre
Written by: Noel Coward
Directed by: Barry Park
Performance Dates: 13/03/2026 - 28/03/2026
This bittersweet comedy is the story of a cosmopolitan author caught in his declining years between two women, one being his wife of convenience for twenty years, the other, one of his former loves.
In the fading glow of a brilliant career, a celebrated writer’s carefully constructed world begins to fracture. When a past lover arrives bearing questions that pierce the silence of decades, long-buried secrets and unspoken truths demand their moment in the spotlight. As past passions ignite and carefully concealed realities unravel, nothing is quite as it seems. Noël Coward’s A Song at Twilight is a searing and poignant drama of identity, betrayal, regret, and the haunting cost of silence—where sharp wit and tender reflections give way to unexpected confrontations, and every whispered revelation strikes like a thunderclap. Prepare to be captivated by a story that sings softly but resonates deeply, where the final act may be the most devastating of all.
Sir Noël Coward played Sir Hugo Latymer in the original production, his final performance.
